Got a bunch of gushers. Made a pumpkin porter based on the Black Butte recipe, tastes great, going to be a shame if I lose it all.

While racking to the priming bucket, that I had already added priming sugar to, I got distracted and dumped half a gallon on the floor. So I know I'm not infected.

Put them all in the fridge, going to try and vent and recap in a couple of days, should I store in the fridge afterwards? Anyone have success doing this?

Probably done 50 batches, never screwed this part up before!

Since it was a pumpkin, I used brown sugar, and packed it in the measuring cup. No rings in the bottles, and only some spice debris in the bottom. Sanitation has never been an issue.

Fg was 1.011 , and it tastes exactly like I was hoping. Only getting 10 ounces out of 22 sucks.
