  • I brew to keep full capacity.

  • I brew at regular intervals.

I wait until I am nearly down to my last corny then brew like a madman until I have no spare capacity.

I am now nearly down to my last Corny. I've not brewed for a few months.

Im planning on buying a 3rd carboy, porbably next week... so i can start brewing every week. Wanna get to the point where every wednesday I can bottle one beer, move another to secondry, have another thats halfway through secondary, and start a new one...

I brew with a mate... so we split the beer 50/50... so we each get about 15 bottles out of each batch... and thats about enough to keep me goin for a week...

I've only been brewing for seven months, but it's clear to me that my brewing will be strongly affected by the seasons, at least for now. I brewed at a moderate pace in the fall, and when it cooled off I went crazy and brewed as much and as often as I could.

Now that it is warming up, my pace has slackened significantly. I predict I will be going pretty slowly during the hottest part of the year, and then pick it up again come fall. Of course, right now I have about a dozen cases, and I don't think I'll be running out any time soon. :D

I brew about every two weeks, except when I was on vacation. So, I've got quite a bit coming again, but I'm drinking a few "leftovers" because I didn't brew from Feb 15-March 15, or during Easter time. I still have a case of those leftovers to drink up while I'm waiting, though. Unfortunately, only about 2 or 3 of my DFH clone left, so I'm brewing that one again next.

every saturday. the wife is good enough to give me saturdays to myself. Lawn gets mowed, then Ill knock out a brew and hopefully get a chance to hit up either the golf course or the paintball field.

I brew when a cornie blows. I don't have any more room in the conditioning cabinet, so no brewing for a while.

I brew to keep from running out but now I have to brew some extra because mostly what I have currently are stouts and porters.

To accomodate the season change I'm going to brew some lighter stuff like IPA's and amber ales because we are finally getting some warm weather up here in Vermont. The snow is just about melted on the porch.

I said 'to keep from running out' but in the last month I've had to revise that. It suddenly became known that I made good beer and I wasn't shy about giving it away and suddenly I can't keep stock on my favourites.

This is good in that I love to brew faster than I can drink it and I've had to hold back previously. Bad in that I'm almost out of my favourites and I know I'll run out before the new batches are ready. I'm about to put fire to strike water for my 3rd batch this weekend to try and catch up.

I try to brew two batches every two months. Since I started I'm averaging 1 brew every 6 weeks.

For me it's kinda the opposite. I brew every weekend and just moved to 10-gallon batches. So now I'm fighting to get extra capacity. Just ordered four more cornies, just hauled a chest freezer into the workshop next to my Sanyo and just installed my second CO2/regulator setup.

I can't imagine getting through the work week without being able to look forward to this weekends brew session. I love to brew.

I need to drink faster... :D

I know what you mean BierMuncher. I only have the capacity for doing the two 5 gallon batches at a time. The two batches I'm brewing in May I've had planned since March.

To keep myself entertained, I'm adding the capacity to brew mini-meads while I'm waiting out the 2 weeks in the secondary and 3 weeks in the bottle.

I quit brewing for awhile because I am moving. Then I asked you all for recipe ideas with the intention of brewing (which I still haven't done yet). I'm itching so much to brew that SWMBO told me I need to do it, even if I give most of it away. So maybe I'll throw together a pale ale next weekend.

My plan once I move is to brew about once a month. I can see myself brewing more in the winter, just because I plan on having an outside/garage operation in the future.

I brew on average about every 2-3 weeks. Sometimes I end up brewing 2 or 3 batches in one weekend. When that happens, I'll be out of commission for a couple of months...

I said other because I really don't know.
I was brewing just every once in a while. But I recently got into AG, then I got 3 cornies and equipment to turn my chest freezer into a keezer and have been having so much darned fun building stuff and brewing.
But I don't know what to do with a the beer I've been making. I don't usually drink it all that quickly.

I have only brewed 4 batches so far, but am going to try to get where I am making a new batch every week or every two weeks at the most. I am working on getting a better setup for all my equipment after that I will be going like a mad man.

I bottled a Special Orange Bitter and a Hob Goblin Clone a few days apart. And a few days after that, I bottled a Maibock Lager (still haven't cracked one though).

I brewed once last week- a sweet stout- and I want to brew twice this week... a Hefeweissen and a barleywine.

The hangup I'm having is that I need to brew lighter things, but SWMBO likes sweet stouts and I've been hankering for a barleywine ever since I got my hands on some WLP099 Super High Gravity Yeast so those recipes just have to be made.

And can you believe, I'm on my 7th batch and I still haven't made a pale beer? I'm thinking about trying EdWort's Haus Pale recipe or something else cheap and easy...

I brew whenever I get a chance or SWMBO is out for the day. I have a goal of 9 kegs chilled in the garage with 3 in the kegerator before the end of June. It should last me through the sweltering summer in Texas. Gonna brew a bunch of Kölsch and Haus Pale Ale.

Now that I have a chest freezer I want to always have 2-3 kegs waiting in the wings. 5 before hellish heat comes upon me which is basically Mid-May. I got work to do, and one more keg to buy to get me to 7

Only on my third brew (5gal Sweet Stout) but also have 6gal Ed's Apfelwein 10 days young. Just picked up a keg for my kettle on Fri:rockin: Traded 2 bottles of APA for it. Once I get that baby outfittted, 10gal batches on the horizon!!
