I have an expired (by almost 2 years) Brew House liquid wort beer kit in my basement. Was wondering if it was worth putting on? Of course I'd pick up some new yeast to go with it but if it's just a waste of time I won't bother. What do you guys think?

You can try tasting and smelling the ingredients. If your hops weren't in the freezer, they might be too old. Smell them. If you have liquid malt extract, it may have oxidized. Taste some. DME will probably have stood up. As will have grain. It doesn't hurt to taste them either.

I brewed a 2 year old Cooper's OS lager can. Came out the same color & nearly the same flavor as salvator doppel bock.
