Hey everyone,
Ok so I am going to be brewing my second batch tomorrow (Northern Brewer Cream Ale Kit OG 1.040 with Pilsen malt and Cluster Hops. Wyeast 1056 American Ale yeast) and wanted to know if I should incorporate secondary fermentation time into the brewing time. It says in the instructions 2 weeks primary and 2 weeks bottle conditioning but I wanted to know if putting it in a secondary carboy would make any difference. If so when should I put it in the secondary, and how long should I expect it to be in the carboy before I get an FG.
Thanks
N
