This is a take on a imperial southern teir pumking ale.

This is a 2.5 gallon batch for a dinner party I am throwing in January.

3# Breiss light DME (added at 25min)
0.5# Muscavado sugar (added at 20min)
0.5# Local wild honey (Added at flame out)
2x 15oz cans of Whole Foods 360 broand pumkin puree' (Roasted at 350 for 1Hr. Mash and Boil)
0.5# crystal 60
0.25# munich malt

0.5oz - magnum (60 min)
0.125oz - Styrian Golding (10min)

1/4tbs each - nutmeg, clove, ginger, allspice (@5min)
1 stick ceylon cinnamon (@5min)

Safeale 04

Just got it into primary (lots of sediment!) Clearing this will be fun.

OG: 1.080

Hopefully ~8% ABV when done.

Tastes great right now with the mascovado and spices!

Feedback is welcome since I haven't used this type of sugar in brewing.

Cheers!

Why the last brew of the season? I haven't used that sugar either, but it does sound tasty.

Well I only have time and cash for a few batches per season. I brew 3-5 times within a month or so and call it quits until its all bottled and consumed. I hope its tasty!
