Hey all, I'm thinking about starting to brew in about a month or so, but I'm trying to gather up as much info as possible (I guess that's not too realistic...) before I jump in. In searching for a stock pot, I found this. It is steel with a porcelain coating. I know that stainless steel is ideal, but I've also read that a pot with a ceramic coating is acceptable as long as it isn't chipped. Is this actually a good deal (8.5 gallons for less than $40, including the shipping), or is this a case where "you get what you pay for"?
Thanks!
Thanks!
