haha! i guess a little newbie-ribbing is in order. i posted a question about lager yeast, but found the answer to my question in the faqs... I think. it's just taking longer than usual for this brew I've got to really get going on the fermenting - but I've never done a lager so perhaps it takes longer to get into full-swing than an ale? I've successfully brewed a handful of great ales - but this is my first lager.
