First batch First Taste Yummy!!

I am so happy after months of waiting my first batch got a taste test

It is a Mid-west Red Lager ----DANG I DID IT AGAIN!!!!

it wasn't the best beer I have tasted but it was really good

I was most impressed with the very nice creamy Head it produced

it was not bitter at all

That is definately a creamy head! Nice work! Enjoy and I hope you have another batch in the works. One thing I've learned from my limited experience is you will always want to share with interested friends, and it will go fast!!

the second batch is in bottles as well, It is a Pilsner

the third batch is just now fermenting and is an Listerman's cream Ale

That's a good looking beer! I just tasted my first batch again (second tasting) last night - man I love that beer. I know how you feel!

I've never made a larger. How does it compare to a smaller?
