Have the e-keggle up and running now for a while, but was wanting to be able to take my supply cord off to make my electrical toolbox more mobile. I have one of those GFCI cords off ebay on it, and it's very stiff.

question is, will these connectors i found on ebay work for me.

I am running a 5500W element, meaning the 30 amp connectors will work. When measuring my actual voltage though, i read slightly over 125 V, so more than 250V on my wires.

Could anyone ring in on this? Will i need to go for the 480V connectors instead?

thanks,
Fred

They will work. Are you measuring your voltage under load?(doubtful) Open circuit voltage will read higher than then actual loaded.
