With a few ale batches under my belt, I decided to try a lager. Since moving from Philly to California, I miss my Yuengling lager. I found a clone at Annapolis homebrew so I decided that would be a good first lager to try. I will be using my kegerator as my fermentation chamber (I purchased a fridge thermostat to maintain the temperature). I also built a stir-plate to help grow yeast in the starter. I brewed the starter last night and it is now swirling away on the stir plate. I hope to brew in about three days. Any tips or suggestions are welcome!
