So I whiffed the plastic airlock on top of my primary, and I'm getting a "sour" smell to it 2 weeks in (it didn't used to smell like this)? This batch is my first all grain, oatmeal stout...if that means anything. Would a sour smell in the airlock mean my beer's spoiled or contaminated?!? Maybe it's just the water in the airlock? Thanks!
