Thanks! Performed a single infusion mash for 75 minutes at 150F. Iodine test showed conversion wasn't complete ... Waited another 20 minutes but was concerned that enzymes were losing their activity so I batch spattered. FG was a tad low, so I added half a pound of light DME to bring it up where I wanted. Pitch the WLP into the primary and started seeing airlock activity around 6 hours later.

Brewsmith calculates est abv at 7.3%.
