Not really Chicago; more like the cornfields to the SW of Chicago. I have only brewed a couple of batches (using kits), but I'm ready to make the jump to grains. I should also mention that I am Canadian, so beer is in my blood!

I especially love the fact that you try and distance yourself from the big city right off the bat! LOL!
