Hi guys,
Just out of curiosity, do any of you know what the max SG would be for Fermentis Saflager W-34/70? I’m asking because I can’t find anything on the web that states that info. I want to make some mead in the lager style, and had some of this stuff lying around. I’m just afraid of over feeding it and either killing it or stressing it too much.

Thanks for the help.
