Hi guys!
I had to dump a whole batch of infected beer, about 60 bottles
I'd like to reuse these bottle because these are nice bottles, and it took me a really long time to unsticker these bottle (and it's a pain is the a$$).
So, would a regular wash/rinse/sanitize run be enough to use it safely?
I normally wash them with a chlorine base soap and hot water, then rinse a few times, then I use Star San and a bottle fountain to sanitize.
I also have Sodium and Potassium metabisulfites on hand, if it could help.
Of course I'm talking about glass bottles.
Thanks!
