First time use of stir plate

Used my stir plate for the first time this week. Worked fantastic for a home build. What I forgot was there is a stir bar in the 2 l beaker and I pitched it into my beer. I don't think it will be a problem at all but now I have to remember its there. Live and learn. 6 batches down.

LOL just remember when you are cleaning your fermenter.

Just get a magnet and trap it to the bottom before you dump it.

Definitely stick a note on the fermenter to dig it out of the trub when you bottle.

This is why I own 3 stir bars. The magnet trick is great - if you remember to use the magnet.

I hold the second rare earth magnet that I pulled out of the hard drive to the neck of my flask when I pitch stir bar slides to the neck stops and the yeast keeps going
