It looks a little flimsy (at least relative to the Banjo cooker), and since it's a jet burner that will be MAD loud, I would think. Not sure if the surface is big enough to fit a keggle on, too. But yeah, for the right application, looks like it would work.
 
looks like it needs a regulator/adapter and hose.

The other thing that caught my eye was the baffle. Looks like the flame would be ultra concentrated. Wonder how well that baffle works.
 
Don't forget the BTU rating is the input rating not the output. If it's inefficient then it will have a much lower output. Plus it looks like it'd have a good go at melting the kettle due to the flame area being concentrated. I'd also worry about it rusting.

I don't think I'd use it.

My 30,000btu burner stil lets me do a brew sub 4 hours.

Good find though.

Those puppies will toast your wort and eat propane like a [ ]. But, there is no better way to heat lots of sparge water fast.
