I just got my system not to long ago and was wondering if I wanted to go mobile with my system would I have to carry the co2 tank with me to my buds house? Or would the pressure hold in the corny keg when removing the co2 as long as i dont touch the release pin?

if you are taking it for serving then you will need co2 to continue to push beer. There are some more portable solutions for bringing co2 with. Also keep it cold because as it warms co2 will break out and youll get alot more foaming

Keg Connection has one that runs off of the 16 gram paintball tanks and one that runs off the 20oz tank. I bought the 20oz kit. I'm very happy with it and I can't say enough positive things about Keg Connection's customer service.

just found an adapter to fit standard reg to fit 20oz paintball co2 tank.

If budget can swing it may get this and a Paintball tank before campout in 2 weeks.

Force carb. using 5lb tank, and travel with 20oz tank...

They also sell those co2 "chargers". They are little guns that use small co2 cannisters (like for air guns), and cost about $20 or so.

looked at those... how many will it take to last a weekend? I know I run through those pretty quick plinking and shooting at squirrels in my garden. 20 oz tank is still pretty portable. better than a 5lber.

Once your beer is carbed it takes 3 or 4 co2 chargers to push out 5 gallons

hmmm, may be an option! I do like the 20oz that could push a whole keg + with a adapter
