yep in Launceston, just got back into beer brewin after 6-7yrs in spirits (dextrose only), this time round i'm all grainin me beers, just did my 4th A.G. batch 2day, an IRA with my freshly modified lauter-tun cut the sparge time back from 2 1/2 hrs to 70min Perfect.
Good to see another tassie out there in the brewin scene....
