Hi,my MLT is ready for my first all grain batch but I do not have a stock pot big enough for a full boil!what can I do?!
Split my wort into 2 pot?if yes should I split my hops addition?half in each pot?

I brewed a honey wheat beer yesterday and I rehydrated my brew cellar wheat yeast in mild boiled water,around 25°Celsius.
I pitched it and it's been 24 hours now and no sign of fermentation...
Should I repitch another yeast pack?!

FG was stable for a week cause I take it before dry hopping and after,around 1014.

I've got a beginner question to ask,
Can I use pellets for dry hopping?
if yes,should I use a hop-bag or just throw the pellets into my fermenter?
I'm not racking to a second fermenter,still ok for dry hopping?!

I'm keen on trying to brew an IPA but need an extract recipe cause it's gonna be my third brew only...
Keen on putting hops to have a flavory one and quite like it with ABV around 6 or 7%.

In my Chimay recipe the OG should be 1080 but I only had 1070(1073 with the temp correction!)
