Hi,I brew a recipe of Chimay blue yesterday using a T58,my OG was 1070,what FG should I expect?how long the fermentation will take ( roughly)?
Size of my batch is 15L

T-58 can take it down pretty low. In Belgian recipes where I use a fair amount of sugar, mine would probably get down to around 1.012 or so. I've never brewed a Chimay clone, but based on what I've read, I expect you did use sugar.
