    Hi Im making a Partial Mash Hefeweizen today and will be using 2lbs of Rahr White wheat 4lb of Global Kolsch malt and 3lb of Wheat DME. Question is do I need to do a protein rest on my 2lb of wheat malt? If I dont will it affect my Gravity readings at all? Thanks
