do powdered spices (pumpkin pie) added at bottling dissolve?

Hit all my #s and the color/clarity is perfect. Needs more spice flavor. Does adding at bottling settle out like yeast at the bottom of bottles or do they just float around?

    "light bulb" moment.

I'm sure there have been other threads like this but I feel this type of question always leads to answers that can be quite valuable. At what point during your AG career did the "bing" moment happen to you? What process change or equipment purchase supplied the feeling?

    Why so fast?

Just finished reading Complete Joys of HB and it struck me that everyones always stressing how fast you need to cool your wort. Other than the sanitation aspect and getting fermention rolling asap, what's the big rush? Any other reasons why wort needs a quick cool?

    Please help, Im so confused

About a month ago I BIAB brewed an ale. Efficiency at about 76% On the day I kegged it I thought it was a good idea to experiment a bit by hooking my uncarbed keg up at serving psi and tapping a few bottles. I used Coopers carb drops. Ive been drinking the forced carbed keg for a few days...

    carb tablets work well?

Going to bottle a case of my brew (ive only kegged so this will be my first attempt) I have some of those carbonating tablets. My question is... 1 per 12oz bottle? And can I hook my uncarbed keg up to my tapper and tap my brew into bottles then add tablets?
