I would think if you could fix it yourself that would be better than shipping it back and being down for however long it would take to get back. Couldn't take more than 5 to 10 minutes to fix.

It is an IRULU Model X11. Mine is the 10 inch. Just a cheap tablet from what I see.

That is the older version. The newer version is a false bottom and bag.

The biab system looks to be just a false bottom. The cofi system is a basket.

I also need to get power run. I got the 20G BIAB version. I also got the 10 tablet, swirlboss, sight gauge, and exchillerator. I am really excited to get things setup so I can brew. I will definitely do a water only test run.
