    Roselare Blend and Racking

    Do I need to to rack off Roselare Blend or can I just throw it into a barrel on top of a beer and let it ferment and sour in the barrel? Is autolysis an issue? I've used Roselare before by using a barrel as a secondary but this time thinking of just putting the wort in the barrel this time...

    Refractometer problem: weird readings

    So my refractometer is acting screwing over the last couple batches.     Hop Rocket O ring

    Guess I through the o ring out with the hops last brew. Anyone have any luck finding an o ring at the hardware store that works or does it have to be special order. I learned with the fittings for 1/2" to 1/4 for randallizing it has to be blichmann as no one else makes that part.
