    IPL? (India Pale Lager)

    IS there such a thing? I have been kicking around the idea to try it.... and IPA fermented with Lager yeast. I have the equipment to control temps.....But would it be worth the effort? Would a light clean hoppy lager be good? I can see some pros and cons...

    First BIAB brew day!

    This was my first "BIAB" All-grain batch. Everything went expected, My brew house effeminacy came out to 86%...I was shocked. My Pre-Boil gravity was 1.050 and post boil, I was at 1.053. Using a 10lb grain bill 2 Row and Wheat for a Hefeweizen. Enjoy the pics. Pre-Heating the mash bag...

    Hardware for keggle and Cooler MLT
