    Which is the best Growler?

+1 on the hydro flask. I have a 64 and 24 oz model and they are awesome. Hydro flasks will keep your fluids cold for a long time.

off flavor occurring at 3+ weeks in keg

As mentioned, I would check the faucets. I finally ordered some Perlick faucets after cleaning my standard chrome faucets. I used to run pbw and sanitizer through my lines after every keg and I was very surprised at how dirty they were. Just a thought... good luck

Can I reseal Hops Direct bags?

I seal all but about a half inch of my hop direct bags with an iron, then roll them as tight as I can, lean on the bag squeezing out most the air then seal the last half inch.... It works great and you can get most the air out.:mug:

Floating an idea for a DIY hops rocket

I have a few standard sized sigg bottles and a hop rocket.... They are not the same size. A hop rocket is only a little over a hundred bucks and really works like a charm..... I just used it with 3oz of hops for my ipa last weekend. It's amazing how well this thing filters stuff out!:mug:

Buying the Blichman 3 tier system

I recently bought a top tier with 2 burners and a shelf, a theminator, hop rocket and march pump... I love the system, it doesn't take up to much room and works awesome. Btw, I'm only 5'10" and have to use a step stool..... I have my burners and shelves somewhat high to help in the gravity feed...
