hi everyone, well i used safale 05 on a miller lite clone with cascade hops, but i used the enzyme in the mash, fermentation is over, i hit my FG, can i reuse this yeast cake? i want to brew a pale ale, but i want to finish at 1.014, not 1.003 this is my first try with enzyme and it works...

ok so i went to the backyard just to find my scale is broken, and i want to brew today, how would you measure your grains for this batch. one time i throwed a 1 lb bag in to a flask just for taking a picture and if i have a good memory the 1 lb was about 800 mls, so can i brew with this type...

when you ask for a lager could be any lager? and you say grains must be in the freezer until im ready to use them, but my spent grains will be wet....do i use this still wet?

well the thursday i went to a friend house and we drink several ipas, and pales and well the rest is history, i got to my house at 3 am, i woke up at 8 am still drunk and didnt make it to work :(

mash for an hour to hour and a half, fly sparge for about 45 mins in 10 gal batches, i use a false bottom. gettin the right amount of grain/water will help you out, and for the mill im using the barley crusher with a 3/8 drill with the pre-set gap between the rollers
