    Ice cider northeast

    I have some apples I was too busy to pick on the trees. I live in the northeast so they have frozen. Was looking to make ice cider. Is it better to pick on a cold frozen day or a warm day, pr wait until January or Feb when it's totally frozen.

    Most good farmhouse and belgian style beers domestic are pricey. Try to brew belgian. Saison, and that funk.

    I just tasted my first wild brew and it's sweet with a little funk. I didn't get a pellicle just wild yeast I caught. Dunno what it is could it just be estery? I guess it'll be good in my wires homemade wine coolers. I'll give it age and may need to catch again.
