Kit suggestion for a Bud Light drinker (wife)

So far I have brewed a American wheat and a honey wizen. Both my wife hated! I would like to get a kit to make for her, possibly a fruit beer. I keep hearing about cream ale kits but have never tasted one. Any suggestions?

    secondary at 80 degrees?

I plan on moving my honey weizen to the secondary in the next couple days. Mainly because I am going out of town and won't be able to switch out frozen water bottles to keep the temp down. Will it be an issue to secondary when the temp is 80?

    NB American Wheat extract kit

Ok, I just brewed the NB American Wheat extract kit. On day nine the hydrometer read 1.010. I figured that was as low as it was going to get so I filtered it and kegged it. My question is has anyone else brewed this? It seems a little harsh on the flavor and kind of darker than I thought. Anyone...

Is my fermenting temp too high?

I just got back into brewing. I bought a American wheat kit and a honey wiezen kit from northern brewer. The instructions on both kits say the optimum fermentation temp is 54-74 degrees. I live in AZ so my house stays at 78 degrees in the day and 72 degrees at night. Is that ok or is it too hot?

Queston about adding yeast nutrient, enegrgizer, yeast slurry

Where does sanitation come in with using a yeats slurry, adding yeast nutrient, and yeast energizer? Just curious because the yeast nutrient looks like it could hold some contamination.

    Secondary fermentation

Is it ok to use a HDPE #2 plastic carboy for secondary fermentation of a Orchard breezin wine? I know a lot of people say don't use it to bulk age, but these mist wines only sit in there for a couple weeks. What are your thoughts?

    Specific gravity

I am brewing a twisted mist kit. The original SG was 1.098. Now its 1.010. It is supposed to be at .998. Do I just wait a couple more days?????

    Shipping and kits

I don't have a homebrew store close and I have noticed that shipping on most of the wine kits is expensive! ($20+). What can I do to get around this? I was thinking maybe I should open up an online store so I wouldn't have to buy from someone else LOL.
