    Gathering all-grain starter gear

    I plan on getting into all-grain brewing soon and bought a Backyard Classic Lobster combo propane burner and 10 gallon pot, model #997. Is this good for homebrewing? It has a 10 psi adjustable regulator if that means anything.

    I'd like to brew the American Amber Ale from Brewing Classic Styles and it calls for 0.7 lb. of Munich LME which I can not find. Can I replace it with the all grain option of 1 lb. of Munich malt and include it with the steeping grains?
