i have a killkenny kit ale in my fermentor at present, it's been their for 3 weeks the air lock is bubbling every 5-6 mins, the s/g reading have not changed for 4 days now 1016, getting worried what should i do bottle or leave it longer :)
ok i got it in my fridge and it's coming down to 10 deg c, how long do i need to leave it in their minimum, do i need to add more yeast before i bottle it or will it be ok
some posts say to leave it in the fridge for 2 weeks and others say 2 months ??

in my beer kits i buy their are two little packets, one for washing other for sanitizing, was just wondering if i could use something else or is that it :rockin:
i've put my beer in the secondary, day three and all is looking good starting to clear up just fine, how long do i need to leave in the secondary for, or just wait till it's all clear

my beer has been down for 3 weeks today, sg reading is only 1016 and has been for 2 days, so i added the findings, will it come down anymore or is it stuffed, what should i do, oh and it is cloudy as still :o
