I have used both. The bottles fill with the the CPBF have much more consistent carbonation levels. The beergun is a crapshot on carbonation it seems.

The highest BTU output depends more on your regulator than your burner. If you have a 10psi regulator on a 23 tip wok burner you'll get around 55-80k btu's if I recall If you have a 30psi regulator then you can get close to the advertised 200k btu.

I have the JSP malt mill too. It's probably crushed upwards of 4000lbs of malt so far (used for our 3bbl club brew system usually, works like a champ. I have the non-adjustable version, on my homebrew system I routinely get 80% efficiency, same goes for our club system.

Don't get too excited. They are made of crappy plastic that will crack within a year if you use it with any regularity. I did enjoy them until I bought my 3rd one and said F' that and moved to stainless and co2 racking.

Looks very similar to our club stand. We use three burners and run off one 20lb tank. During Spring and Summer it usually doesn't ice up, but the in the cooler weather it will start to ice up if we have the flame too high. We need to upgrade to 40lb tanks, that will eliminate the icing...

I will never buy another autosiphon again actually. Crappy cheap plastic. Buy a stainless racking cane and use co2 to transfer or use the stainless kit that brewershardware sells for sanke kegs.

Well, motor works like a champ. Bought a SPST switch, wired the leads, plugged the motor in and it spun up just fine. Thanks everyone.

Bought a spst switch at lunch today. Will wire it tonight and give it a whirl.
