Hambone, I whole-heartedly agree... we literally play less than 30 minutes a week of any videogames in our house... We go fishing crabbing, play outside much like the "good ole days". They are also learning to play various instruments at this point (me teaching the basics of guitar playing)...

hey Wilserbrewer, thanks for the pic of the rollers. I set mine up 3 batches ago, and thought I had it set well enough. I've run it the grain thru twice, but the first two batches were much smaller. I just made a golden strong with 16+ lbs and it took f-o-r-e-v-e-r... Guess I'll head back...

Smuttynose also uses Simcoe and Amarillo, which may add some of the "different" flavors than your used to. I personally love the Smutty IPA, it is a nice change of pace from the other IPA's out there.
