    all grain sizing.

    Hello all, I'm wanting to move up to all grain. been brewing for a little over 3 yrs and love it but was wondering what size AG kit to get for making full 10 gallon batches. wanting to be able to fill 2 kegs when needed. will 10 gallon kit make a full 10 gallons? or should I get a 15 gallon??

    I've tried 2 times in a wheat and a kolsch to try and get a strong banana/ clove flavor out of my weihenstepan yeast, I make a small (less than 1 liter) starter and even brrought one upto 83 degrees for one day. what do I need to do to get the flavors to come out??

    tips for blonde ale

    I'm going to brew my first blonde ale in about a week and was look for some tips to help keep it a good blonde color, is it all in the temp control? I've made one kolsch that turn out tasting good but wasn't exactly a blonde. I'm sure I caramelized it a little. any help would be helpful.

    scorched the bottom of pot

    I've made 2 batches now and both times I end up with scorched rings in the bottom of my pot where teh burner rings are. I tried keeping heat as low as possible to keep from burning.
