    I have had mine in the primary carboy fermenter since the 24th of September...i should have racked but do you think it will taste fine if I rack to secondary now?

    So i am very new to this, may be a dumb question but how exactly do those controllers work. Like the STC-1000 or the Johnson ones. do you just set it to a temperature and the little device heats or cools the area?

    Corny keg question

    So as soon as i serve the first beer, the time starts ticking on how long it lasts. Would this problem be solved with being able to force carb with a bigger co2 tank?

    So I just bought a 3.5 gallon corny keg that came with the little co2 canister to just dispense so I had to naturally carb it. This is probably a dumb question but after the first time I pour it, how long does it hold carbonation in the keg?
