Hazelnut Extract for Rogue Hazelnut Brown Nectar?

Frangelico sounds like an expensive route to go. A cheaper approach would be to use the hazelnut flavoring they sell at the LHBS to make a Frangelico knockoff.

    Nitrogen stout tap line length?

I do not think line length matters with nitrogen. The restricter disk is knocking the co2 out of solution.

    Leaking Nitrogen Tap

I would take apart the faucet, clean the pieces, replace worn orings, and put faucet grease on the orings.

    Hydrometer calibration

I think you need to use distilled water to check it. Tap water has minerals in it.

Southern Brewer Considering A Refrigerator Thermostat Probe Rig

You could add a lamp to heating blanket if you are concerned about the temp getting too low.

Southern Brewer Considering A Refrigerator Thermostat Probe Rig

I can also definitely recommend controlling your fermentation temps. It made my beer much better. I would suggest a chest freezer instead of a frig. They are much more energy efficient than a frig and they can be had on craigslist for fairly cheap.

    Big grain bill logistics

Have you considered making it a pm? You could cut the base malt down to something more manageable and make up the difference with DME.

How to clean a diffusion stone

The instructions that come with my kit say to boil for 10 to 15 before and after use. If you've never boiled it, I would boil it for a while.
