    Stir plate with no whirlpool

    bottleing question

    Carbing question

    I normally carb my kegs by setting the psi at about 13 to 14 for a week. I am carbing a pumpkin beer that only ended up being around 4 gallons instead of 5. Not sure if to take it off the gas a few days earlier or if it still need the full 7 days regardless of how much beer is in the keg
