    All my beers are coming out well. However. All my IPAs are coming out non bitter, no aroma and have a banana taste to them. I'm using good hops from local Homebrew shop. Projected IBU is 70+.     Foamy head

    Hey guys have a question. My beer is coming out nothing but foam. I have 8' 3/16" beer tubing. Serving pressure of 6 pounds. I use PBW to clean per directions and Star San as my sterilizer.     Thoughts on my brewstand??

    More kegging/foam issues.

    Ok so riddle me this. I had a Scottish Ale I brewed, waaaaaaay over carbonated it. Or so I thought. Spent a few days bleeding off pressure thinking it would help... It didn't. So I started to think beer lines were too short. Went from a 5' line to a 10' line. Foam got worse. I pop the keg open...

    Mash tons

    I currently use a generic cooler style mash ton. Thinking of upgrading it some to include a thermometer to monitor mash temp and adding an additional ball valve so I can recirculate my wort an raise mash temps easier. Curious if any of you have fudged around with adding gadgets on your coolers...

    Rehydrating vs not rehydrating

    Rehydrating yeast vs non rehydrating. I've done the rehydration and fermentation took as long as 48 hours to start. Last batch I just tossed the yeast into my wort after transferred to my fermenter and I was fermenting in <12 hours. What do you normally do? Sent from my iPad using Home Brew

    Controlled fermentation temps. How are you doing it?

    Problem with batch 2

    So my very first batch looked amazing. Perfect color and smell. But blew up all over my kitchen. This batch with same ingredients, same mash temp and time, same everything looks more cloudy. More suspended particles and smells slightly different. I though infection but I cleaned everything...
