The wind during a recent storm cracked one of my bigger cascade bines near the ground. It is cracked parallel with the bine so that the bine still grows. What should I do? It appears as though I may lose that bine soon. Thanks, Scott

Long story short, I cut too large a hole in the HLT cooler, but had access to some stainless steel to patch it. Everything is fine with leaking but now the the stainless seems to be developing rust. Does anyone have a solution to this? I would be happy to not have to buy a new cooler.

First year grower here and I was wondering what happens when the hops reach the top of the twine? I have about 16-18 feet of twine for the hops to climb, but I have no idea what will happen when they reach the top. I am building a hop trellis like in the March/April BYO out of pipe and 4x4s.
