Better Bottle Retaining Pin

I use better bottles at school for distilled water distribution and some funny kids thought it would be funny to remove the retaining pin so nothing is holding in the spigot. I have no more to compare, so any chance anyone could measure the pin in your better bottle? Here is the McMaster link for the measurements needed.
