How to test heavy metals in wort

Ohhhh ok 10x So just test it after each batch will be the best thing to do right? Do you know any test that I can use on the wort itself? (Probably this will be the test) If you also a test to check the wort for more heavy metals will be great. Thanks

    STC-1000 on a 1.7A/12A Freezer

Hi Not sure you are correct here. If they are rated 10A so they can Tolerate 10A in any voltage, you need to look at you're freezer wattage, that will tell you the amperage and if the relay can handle it. For example if the freezer is about 2000W that means in 240V it will be about 8A and in...

Using 2000W Hot Plate to Boil

I guess you are right but when electricity meet water I prefer to leave it to the experts and it makes it more expensive, do you have any link to a safe DYI project like this? Using 2000W Hot Plate to Boil

Yes I also conceder the heating element but because of tight budget I will go to the plate option (it is so cheap that even if it will not work I will not cry over it).
