Just ensure you have correct spacing and hole diameter.

I can hold and dry 50 bottles with the current setup. The process is very easy. I use another tub filled with sanitizer and set the drying tub next to it.

How much does it cost to had ss valve to the keg? And do you have a good website?

I like your idea. I think that tubing is round due to ease and cost of manufacturing. Also, if you move your chiller around during boil, you should kill all the bad guys.

I used a Rubbermaid Roughneck Storage Box. I got mine for under 20 bucks; or should I say I found it in my attic not in use.

It does. I have used different sized bottles and it works great. You can drill the holes however you like. Thanks for the like.
