    well well well Yesterday i brew 10 gallons BM Centennial blonde recipe and i screw up I added the amount of hops for 5 gallons recipe instead of 10 gall, 0.25 oz Centennial @ 55 min & 35 0.25 oz Cascade @ 20 and 5 min Instead of 0.50 oz every step,Should I leave it alone , dry hop or...

    Aluminum Pot Seasoning

    +1masterfool101 You need to boil water for an hour to passivize the pot before you use it, what it does it oxidize the aluminum BTW when you done boiling or brewing don't scrub it with a hard material but clean it with a soft brush or soft sponge ( blue color) Hope this help Good luck

    Hi sorry about my inexperience, but in the centenial recipe when you said ferment 4 days @ 68 then kegged, chilled and carb'd for one week and then secondary for 5 days secondary means leave it in the keg for an extra 5 days or transfer to a carboy again any help would be appreciated thanks...
