If you get a chance, go to Bigby's pour house for a few drinks. Definitely worth it. Not walking distance, but not to far either in Addison, IL +1 on Binny's, they have a good selection.

Just take them out to lunch, you do the tour and get some samplers as a gift. Win win :-look up the tour time so you can plan it out.

+1 on cyanmar.com, very nice people to deal with! Also check their stir bars and magnets if you need to make a stir plate (order extras you will misplace / loose the bars :-)

You can also bring some to share if you so feel inclined, Bigsbys provides us with glasses ...
