    Should I use us05 slurry or a packet of m44 west coast yeast???

    I have never used these hops and really want them to shine. So I am leaning towards m44 but not sure how it will play with wheat

    Help with starter

    This is my first time using my stir plate and had a couple questions I am going to brew a 1.082 imperial ipa and will be using wlp001 I used 3 cups of water and 3/4 a cup of light dme , it will be sitting on the stir plate till tomorrow night . Will this be enough or do I need a bigger starter...

    Just scored 165 pounds of Maris otter for $120 what should I brew ??

    ****load of Maris 3oz bravo , 1.5 oz citra , 2.5 chinook and 2.5 cascade and some mangrove jack west coast yeast and us 05 . I'm thinking ipa but never made one strictly with Marisneed some opinions. Thanks

    Should I reduce dry hops after falling short of OG?

    Was shooting for 1.055 but had to top off with water to reach 5 gallons and only ended at 1.049. Just wondering if 2 oz of high AA dry hops will be too much

    5 days past my wife's due date, baby coming any minute and here I am brewing.

    Can't let my pipeline get low so I'm brewing a azacca , pearl malt smash. Finished my keezer yesterday now I need some more beer. I'm guessing I probably won't be able to brew for a little while with a newborn .

    Wtt 2 pin lock kegs for a grain mill.

    Have 2 possibly 3 pin lock kegs to trade for a nice grain mill. I would really like to avoid shipping as it can get pretty expensive . I live in morgantown wv. But am in Pittsburgh area a lot .

    Gonna be brewing a pale ale that already has chinook and citra , I have an extra ounce of ammarillo at home , and was wondering if this combo would work. thanks for your help
