Let me start by saying I never rush beer , but I was totally out of homebrew (not cool) so I brewed an American brown ale . it was pretty much done fermenting by day 3 but waited till day 7 to rack to keg. Force carbed for 3 days and it's carbonated perfectly but super murky looking and very green tasting. Can I add gelatin after its carbed??? Or should I just give it a little time. Thanks in advance for any advice.

Just give it time. And FWIW, the fastest I've ever gone from grain to glass is about 18 days, and that was for a hefeweizen. Just give er time.

Sure you can try it, just be careful to get the keg sealed up quickly in case it foams up while adding the gelatin.

At this point, not sure I would bother...even gelatin takes a few days, and in a few days your beer will likely be remarkably clearer. The first few pints will be murky, more so if you rush...

Gelatin won't help the green taste...give it time...you are only at day 10 and your beer has only been cold for 24-36 hours...it takes a while for a keg to chill!

And with gelatin, all the stuff thats in suspension AND the gelatin will sink to the bottom nd get drawn up, possibly with clods of gelatin clogging your dip tube.

Thanks guys, I think I will just wait it out . I've only pulled 2 pints off the keg , it might still clear up higher, but the young flavor will take time. I'll try to give it a week.
