Ive got a gallon jug full from my last batch and I was gonna keep it to fill the spray bottle. Will it last a couple months?

Usually, in a sealed container, it will last a good long time. Look for it turning cloudy, or getting a film on the bottom of the container it's in. I typically keep the spray bottle full of Star San, changing it either when it's below 1/2 full, or when I have mixed up a fresh batch.
Mixed with distilled water it will remain potent for months...

I believe ph 3.3 or lower and you're good-to-go. It was mentioned in an old brewing radio podcast on sanitation.
