Fire up your fermentors because its happening again! At Fischman's, we celebrate the art of home brewing by having friends, neighbors and everyone else who home brews across the city come in and celebrate! Bring in those bottles of that special brew you created to share with others who enjoy the home brewing craft. Our last Home Brewers Night was a great time! Check out the recap here!
As we did last time, if you happen to keg your beer, let us know, we would be willing to put your keg on tap for the night! Get bragging rights with your friends that your beer was actually served on tap at a bar! Just ask Christian (@ChicagoBurdman) and the gang at Early Burd Brewing (@earlyburdbrew) we tapped their Rosemary Apricot Pale Ale last time, and the crowd loved it!
We will also be tapping a little something special at the bar, and inviting some food trucks to the party - stay tuned, those will be announced soon!
