how bad is this??

Just got home from class and realized my blow off tube ess pressed too far into jug to the point that the tube turned around and was not in the sanitizer! How bad is this? It's just got about the 24 hour mark so fermentation is just beginning

Gosh, you'll be in big trouble.....except what kind of bacteria can climb the length of the blowoff tube to infect your beer? I wouldn't worry, heck there are people who leave the fermenter open and still make good beer. Just put the blowoff tube back where you intended it and don't worry.
